my mother in law lives here and the staff is awesome. The kitchen staff is amazing. We are very happy with everyone. Kudo's to the activity director for all she does to make the residents happy. All in all I am very pleased.

Horrible place to work management is very unprofessional you get no training come straight in passing meds and and working floor they leave meds in residents rooms don't watch them take meds dropping meds in residents beds leave call lights on for certain residents don't pass meds properly or at the right time rcc was passing 8am meds at 12pm pop out multiple residents meds at once so don't really know who meds is what's because it's literally multiple cups in mech tech hands at once leave residents in the bed for days don't send residents out if they fall and vitals are low always short staff rcc don't have a clue on what she doing allowing her daughter to be on the clock and not work rcc was leaving meds in residents rooms herself not watching residents take meds she also was pre-popping meds also residents has open wounds and not receiving proper wound care they residents be on the call light over 43 mins especially room 30,24,8 and the good reviews are from employees

After visiting to see if this was a good fit for my Aunt I found the staff likeable and engaging with residents. After working at different facility and going through homes with my grandparents, I'm a little critical. But I was very pleased and hope my aunt will be able to move soon!

Hampton Manor is a great and professional place to work where the staff takes pride in patient care. The facility is clean, safe and efficient where caretakers are knowledgeable when providing services. The facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The residents are well cared for and engaged in fun-filled activities on a daily basis. The Activities Director does a great job coming up with a nice and creative variety of activities. In the summer months they have a nice size garden they grow fresh vegetables in, the have bingo, movie night, various crafts as well as other fun activities. They even have live entertainment brought in monthly which is not only fun but can be very therapeutic.
For anybody looking for a great assisted living community for a loved one, check this facility out. You won't be disappointed.

Our mom lived here for over 1 year, and due to an emergency she went to Hospital. Nurse came from Hampton Manor of Clinton. My mom asked us every day when she would get back to Hampton Manor and see her staff again. The Hampton Manor team has made her feel so comfortable she felt like she was living at home.

Toured the community with hopes of moving my aunt in however I waited too long and her health didn't give her the chance.. The whole team welcomed me and showed me the small community family they all share, I would recommend this community if you want the family atmosphere with lots of care and fun. My aunt would have loved it there!

After going to Hampton Manor of Clinton Assisted Living and Memory Care almost daily, it still amazes me at the smiles, hugs, and love that the staff so generously gives to my dad. Sadly, there are so many things he is no longer able to do for himself, but the staff unselfishly bestows dignity and grace on him by making things that are important to him, important to them.

My mother and father were hospitalized within 14 days of each other, and it was clear that upon their release, they would not be self-sufficient. My mother went into memory care at Hampton Manor of Clinton memory care, and my father into assisted living. From the very beginning, the staff have been amazingly responsive, patient, informative, and helpful. I cannot imagine the transition into assisted living being easier for both me, and my parents. I greatly appreciate the frequent updates from various staff members regarding my parents' comfort, health, and needs. The biggest recommendation I can give, though, is the fact my parents both feel quite content, and haven't really questioned why they didn't come home after being hospitalized. Whatever my expectations were, Hampton manor Clinton has exceeded them.

The facilities are extremely clean and maintained. The rooms are a nice size and are up to date. The abundance of services they offer to their residents is amazing and provides much needed relief to the caregivers. THE ENTIRE STAFF is welcoming and helpful. I could never say enough about the care they provide. If you need assistance, you get the help. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure things are rights and your questions are answered.

We needed Hampton Manor for respite care for a relative. After visiting multiple AL communities, this one stood out as number one. Christina responded very quickly to my request for a tour. She spent over an hour with me and made sure every question was answered.

We recently moved our mom to Hampton Manor. The staff( including medical staff) is very compassionate and attentive. We love how the residents are involved in daily activities, and all are included at every level. My mom is happy, made lots of friends and enjoys the activities. We were very concerned about her move , but the staff went out of their way to make her transition seamless. The care givers made my mom feel at home from the first day!

A great asset to the Macomb community. The Hampton Manor is a beautiful state of the art Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. I like to think of it as a resort with beautiful common areas, theater, dining room(s) and spacious rooms. There is also lovely courtyards with secured courtyards for the memory care residents. Patience, compassion, kindness, and respect are just a few traits that each staff member exhibits towards the residents at the Hampton. My dad is in the memory care unit, I would not be able to tackle his day to day needs without these caring individuals. The lines of communication are always open and I am grateful for the support that they are and have given me before and during the transition of my dad moving into Hampton. If you are looking for a beautiful, loving and caring place for your loved one, I highly recommend the Hampton

My parents moved in recently and I can not say enough great things about the staff, as well as the facility. Christina C. started off our experience with a tour answering all of our questions. She is always available with any additional help or questions. It is a beautiful place, very clean and well kept. My father has been raving about the food. Deshawana has been a great help to my father with care for my mother. I am so glad we found them, it has been such a blessing for the family that we don't have to worry about them knowing there's always someone there when we can't be.

The staff is friendly and helpful, beginning with my initial inquiry with Sam and continuing with my staff interactions for the past 5 months. The facility is clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. I feel that I could not have found a senior living place where I would be as comfortable and happy as I am.

Hampton Manor is a wonderful place to work ! I absolutely LOVE coming into work each day and spending time with my patients . They light up my life so much ! The building is beautiful . Come in and check is out you will love being apart of our “Family “ our activities director and assistant do an outstanding job doing so much with our patients. Lots of problems at this facility. The good reviews have to be from employees. Make sure you are there all the time. I had seen many people come and go whether moving out or dieing. The things I seen happen here are unreal. My family member did get out of that facility onto 15 mile when first opened. The rooms were dirty as I cleaned my family members many times. Ruined clothes because the staff doesn't know how to do laundry. Clothes missing dirty clothes in drawers. I could write a book about this facility but I hope you watch what goes on closely, this place made my life so stressful and my family member died there.

This my first time ever doing this this type of work and I can say I really enjoy being a caregiver. Even on my bad days where I can't talk to no one, the residents makes my day so much better. Love playing the Wii with the residents just to see them smiling and having fun is the best. The staff here is amazing, help with every need as possible. I recommend working here and bringing your love one's here to Hampton Manor Assisted Living

The aides are lazy. It's smells bad cuz residents sit in they fetus and urine the silverware and cups smell so bad cuz they barely help brush they teeth its STINKS ALL THE TIME here. And instead of taking care of they residents they bother the cook staff for things that are common sense. I would never work here again and as a med tech of 10 yrs I wouldn't send my people here it's new but the people that work here don't care. And the administration office made them reviews this place is one of the worst assisting living in michigan don't be fooled state been there already they don't even store the food right terrible just terrible. Of course staff lie in review cuz they don't want to be fired this place needs to shut down. I said what I said.

Hampton manor is a beautiful facility, it's clean, well maintained and safe. The staff truly cares about each and every resident and they make sure they are nimber one always. All Management and Staff go above and beyond for the residents and they treat them like family. Working for Hampton manor has been nothing but a blessing to me and it truly is a family to me. First impressions mean everything. Sam has his finger on the pulse and knows exactly what it takes to be successful. This Facility Is The WORST!! Do NOT work here or Send your loved ones here!! Management does not know what they are doing they will lie straight to your face they are all so sneaky especially LAUREN ! One of the residents went missing for 2+ hours my fiancé found him walking down our street with my fiancé being the kitchen manager at the time he called Hampton Manor to report the missing gentleman by the name of Lawrence by the time the facility called back to let us know that that was indeed Lawrence he was already at 15 mile and Gratiot my fiancé had to run and catch him and call authorities Management refused to call Lawrence’s family and Terminated my Fiancé for calling the Authorities please do not send your loved ones that resident was away from the facility for over 2 hours his blood sugar was extremely low he crossed so many busy streets he could have died ! This Facility only cares about money they will mistreat your loved ones and they mistreat all of their employees I reported this facility to the state and they are in the process of looking into EVERYTHING ! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!

10/10 would recomment. What I love about the Clinton Manner is how much personalised care the staff offers. My grandfather was not only comfortable, but, happy. They conduct weekly fun activities and try to give a wholesome experiences to the people living there. The management is very hands on and very responsive. I also appreciate how CLEAN and neat the facilities are.

The management treats you like dirt and all they care about is money. They don't appreciate you for who you are and what you do. I would not work here ever again cause they don't know how to treat their employees right. There is favoritism going on and favor one over the other. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. It is more like a 0. They also want a lot of noise in the dining room. They treat the residents like dirt, employees kids run around the building and not attended, the resident rooms are not clean, no health benefits offered. If you try going higher up, they will threaten you and micromanage you.

highly recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to take care of their family. The trained caregivers treat the residents like family while giving them all the care they need. They have lots of activities always going in a open home setting. It's tough finding a place that has so much to offer in one home setting.

When we first met with the director in our search for a place for our mother to live, I was not sure that they would be able to manage all of her needs. They assured me that they could take good care of her. Throughout my mother's stay at hampton manor they definitely took very good care of her. They had adequate Staffing and were well able meet her needs. Mom enjoyed her stay there and I know she felt that the staff cared about her and her interests. I would highly recommend Hampton manor for your loved ones.
